These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”, “T&C”) govern your use of HornVpn Services and Products available through the HornVpn websites including all pages and features within the website (“the Website”). These Terms are a legal agreement.
You and we are sometimes referred to herein each as a “Party” and together as the “Parties”.
By downloading, installing, and using HornVpn or any of our other products and services (“HornVpn Services”), you agree to read, accept, and be bound by the terms of this Agreement in its entirety. These terms and conditions apply to all HornVpn Services users, including those with premium accounts.
We reserve the right to change or amend the terms of this Agreement at any time in our sole discretion. If the changes are significant, we will inform you by issuing a notice on the Company’s website. We shall decide what constitutes a material change at our sole discretion. Any such adjustments are your responsibility to evaluate and get comfortable with. When you use HornVpn Services after receiving notice of a major change to this Agreement, you are agreeing to the updated Agreement.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, or the legal majority age in your country (if different than 18), and that you have the legal capacity to enter into legally binding agreements on your own behalf.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MUST NOT ACTIVATE, USE, AND/OR ACCESS HornVpn SERVICES.
HornVpn is a virtual private network subscription service provided by the company. A virtual private network (VPN) is a technique of securing and protecting private and public networks, such as Wi-Fi hotspots and the Internet. You will be able to choose a location (country based) for your Internet Protocol (“IP”) after you have a valid and paid Account (as defined below) (or if you are utilising HornVpn Services as part of a trial period).
HornVpn Services follow a strict no-logs policy, which means that your activities while using them are not watched, recorded, documented, saved, or transferred to any third party. Connection timestamps, session information, consumed bandwidth, traffic logs, IP addresses, and other data are not stored by us. However, an algorithm saves an active user’s username and the timestamp of the last session status while the session is active to limit the number of simultaneous sessions. This information is deleted 15 minutes after the session ends.
We cannot guarantee that the HornVpn Services or any specific feature(s) of the HornVpn Services will be available at all times. We will, however, keep you informed of any substantial changes to HornVpn Services that may occur. At our sole discretion, the Company may impose HornVpn Services limits, halt HornVpn Services, or block specific types of usage.
We provide you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-sublicensable, and non-transferable licence to access, display, and use HornVpn Services only for personal, noncommercial uses for the purposes of this Agreement.
The license granted to you under this Agreement is limited to a single authorized account to access, use and display.
No license is granted to you in the human readable code or source code of HornVpn Services.
You may be needed to create a user account (“Account”) in order to utilise various HornVpn Services. To do so, you must first complete the registration procedure by supplying us with current, complete, and correct information as directed by the registration form.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ANYONE WITH YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD MAY HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR USER ACCOUNT. YOU AGREE TO ASSUME ALL RISKS OF UNAUTHORIZED USE OF YOUR USER ACCOUNT AND RELEASE COMPANY FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY ARISING FROM SUCH UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS. You promise to immediately notify Company of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach. Company is not responsible for any losses you may suffer as a result of someone else accessing your password or account, whether with or without your knowledge.
However, if someone else uses your account or password, you could be held accountable for losses caused by Company or another party. You may not use another person’s account without the owner’s permission.
