New Subscription Refund Policy

Hornvpn offers a 30-day* money-back guarantee on all new subscribers. If all of the following apply to a new membership, you are only eligible for a complete refund:

  • You claim for a refund within 30 days of your subscription date
  • Is not a one month account. (Note: To prevent abuse, one month account is backed up with 7-days money-back guarantee)
  • Your account has not already been suspended by Hornvpn for breach of any clause mentioned in the terms of service
  • You previously have not claimed a refund under this policy
  • You have not used Bitcoin, BitPay, Prefect Money, Coin Payments (Cryptocurrency) & Payment Wall as your payment method

If you meet all of the above criteria, you are eligible for a full refund. Send an email to with your VPN username and the reason for the cancellation.

Exclusions for Non-Refundables

The refund policy does not apply to accounts formed for specific objectives, such as special accounts or battle plans.

  • If you have opted for our 7-day trial account, the amount paid is non-refundable as well.

Hornvpn accepts a variety of payment ways, making it more convenient for clients to subscribe. However, refunds are not available for all payment types. Payment options that do not offer refunds have been labelled as “non-refundable,” and they are not covered by this policy.

Important Note for Customers Requesting a Refund

When it comes to returns, we follow a completely transparent procedure. Hornvpn is obligated to process refund requests within 48 hours of receipt. Depending on your bank, card, or payment service provider, credit card payments can take up to 40 days to appear in your account. Please keep in mind that BitCoin and Paymentwall payments are non-refundable.
